Volunteer Coaches: The heart and soul of Girls on the Run

Girls on the Run Coach

Girls on the Run® (GOTR) is more than just a running program; it's a life-changing experience for young girls that empowers them to be joyful, healthy, and confident. Behind this transformative journey are the incredible individuals who volunteer their time, energy, and passion as coaches

This year on National Coaches Day (October 6th), we want to express our deepest gratitude to these unsung heroes who make Girls on the Run possible!

Our coaches are the lifeblood of Girls on the Run. They show up week after week, rain or shine, to inspire and support our GOTR kids on their individual journeys of self-discovery and personal growth.

While each coach is unique and brings their own blend of qualities to the table, all of them are positive role models who lead by example and have a passion for helping kids recognize their full potential.

To all of our GOTR coaches, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering dedication and passion. Your selfless contributions have a profound and lasting impact on the lives of the girls you mentor. You are helping to create a generation of strong, confident, and empowered young women who will go on to make a positive difference in the world.
